To celebrate their new class name the children in Butterfly  Class looked at the artist Henri Matisse and his ‘Cut-Outs and how he drew with scissors.

The children then made butterflies that they added to a collaborative pieces of art to display outside the classroom . They use cutting And collaging skills to make their beautiful butterflies.
