In our Geography learning this half term, we will be building our knowledge of place; beginning with the UK and then looking at the wider world.  We will be using different maps and atlases and developing our own mapping skills to discover more about our Wonderful World.

We used the compasses to work out North, South, Wast and West from our classroom.

We put up labels so we can remember.

We thought about the 4 compass points and our knowledge of the local area to draw things in each direction that are close and further away.
