Hello Year 5!

I thought I'd share with you some of the things I've been doing in lockdown just like you are with me.

Last week when Mrs Holyoak and I were in school, we made rainbow paper chains and decorated Mrs Martin's office with the children that were in school. I have been baking, like lots of you. I've made muffins and a chocolate orange cheesecake, which is my favourite!!! I am no longer on my crutches, so whilst on my daily walks I've been exploring the woodland and rivers near me. I've even managed to do a bit of netball in the garden and had to be creative when practising my shooting as I don't have a post at home, surprisingly it works well lying down. 

I've been busy planning your activities every week, even doing some of them myself, like this week's poetry. I have really enjoyed speaking to lots of you and seeing all of the super work you've been doing at home. 

Can't wait to see you all and hear about all the lockdown activities and adventures you have been having
