Tangrams
To celebrate Chinese New Year we learnt about the Chinese New Year story, the animals of the Zodiac and the story behind the seven shapes of the Tangram puzzles.
We attempted to use the shapes to make the 12 animals of the Chinese Zodiac before being challenged to recreate the square window from the story of the Sage.
