Easter is...
The children visited the Methodist Church to meet the people who were part of the Easter story.
Members of the church community took on the roles of the key people of the time. the children were able to ask them questions to deepen their understanding of the events.
In Science we have continued to look at the Heart. We used books to retrieve information about how the heart works then we were presented our findings however we wanted.
We are going to be writing explanation texts about the circulatory system. We have researched the topic and today mindmapped facts and key information that we will be including in out texts.
In Art we have been learning about the street artist Keith Haring. We have been working in groups to create work in his style.
