Spelling

In Spelling this week, we have been learning about the -ation suffix. When -ation is added to a verb, eg. inform, it becomes a noun, eg. information. The following list follows this rule:

information, sensation, preparation, vibration, decoration, donation, duration, registration, population, determination

Some children may have the following list:

said, asked, replied, told, answered, yelled, shouted, barked
