Mayan Maths
We have been investigating the Mayan numbers system and comparing it to our own. Year 6 were amazing at using the base 20 system to create numbers and solve mathematical calculations using the stones, sticks and shells that represent the numbers. Feel free to ask them about it - it’s very interesting!
