Music
What an amazing start to the half term. Today the children spent the day exploring and composing music to represent the above image of Antarctica.
How do we respond to music?
We started the day by listening to a piece of music called ‘Arctic Breath’. The children were asked to jot down words as they listened which they then discussed with their partner. The music was played again and this time the children were asked to represent the music using colour and shape. Finally the children were asked to draw an image to go with the music.
