This half term we are exploring materials and their properties.
Which materials are soluble?
The children considered which of the following materials they thought were soluble in water, sugar, salt, oil, sand, vinegar and coffee. They had small samples of each and added the same amount of water to ensure a fair test. Then they observed and recorded their results.
