Tracy Chapman
This week we have been listening to and learning about the phenomenal Tracy Chapman. We then listened to and unpicked the lyrics for her most famous song ‘Fast Car’. We attempted to make connections between the experiences of the singer and the wider issues within the world and discussed why and how the lyrics of the song are still so powerful 35 years after its release.
