The children have been writing news articles in the style of The Day Explorer.
they were reacting to the following statements.
- Some MP’s think that school trips in school time should be banned.
- With the high demands of the school curriculum MP’s are debating whether schools should ban school trips and residential visits.
- MP’s say, school trips and residential visits should take place in school holidays or at weekends.
The children debated these ideas and considered both sides of the arguement, they even got the views of people at home.
