Staying Safe in the Sun

 

With the summer months upon us, it's that time of year to take extra care in the sun. At school we have launched our campaign - 'Wrap, Splat and Hat!' Following a whole school assembly, children have been provided with their own Wrap, Splat and Hat passports to take home. They have also been invited to take part in the national competition to design a a poster.

 

The Competition

 

The children need to create a poster about why they love their skin and how to keep it safe in the sun.

They could include;

 

• Why they love their skin. What makes them unique?
• Facts about skin and why it is so important
• Why we need to protect their skin from the sun
• How we can stay safe in the sun.

 

Entries to be handed in by Friday 5th July 2019 to allow for the posters to be sent off and received by Friday 12th July 2019.
